Made my second purchase from these boys two weeks ago, and I can't think of a better shop that I've ordered from. I usually try to stay local, but with this purchase, STM was the shop I wanted to deal with since they've had so many good customer service reviews. Story goes...

I contacted Emery over pm about their UICP, new clutch line, and clutch fork stop. I was kinda in a rush for the latter two items as I was droppign the trans, and wanted to install the new parts. Emery was very responsive, and gave me one hell of a deal on those parts....and the shipping made it fantastic. Well, I wait a few days and did not recieve a tracking. I aim'd Gleason about it. HE gave me the reason, telling me the delay was due to my request for the TiAL flange, and they needed a coupling for me. Told me it was shipping that afternoon, and I should receive it in 1-2 business days. 1 day later, and its at my doorstep.

All in all, great customer service from these guys. I hate dealing with vendors that can't keep a promise, and that is why I always try to stay local. But these guys sure know how to serve their customers, and I would not have a problem recommending anyone to them!

BTW, Gleason and Emery, if you're reading this, think about offering the uicp in black. I had mine coated in wrinkle black and it looks awesome. Pic to come!
