AGP Front mount and licp for 8/9/pics

Picked this up from AGP last week and just got around to installing it. AGP intercooler and lower intercooler pipe. Right now they are on sale for $500 and the licp for $170. I ordered on thursday and it arrived wed, so pretty quick shipping. It measured 24x12x3.5. Install was a snap and it fit perfectly. All clamps and couplers were provided along with a few self tapping screws. The licp has a mounting bracket allowing you to mount it to the radiator support area leaving a solid connection with one of the self tapping screws. The only issue I had with the intercooler is it looked like the polish job they gave it was rushed on the top of the core and there was a scratch on the end tank looked like a tool mark. I went back and forth with painting the unit prior to recieving it and this just made my desision easier. Overall I think it was money well spent and im happy with it. I know AGP is not the intercooler of choice by evo owners but I have had great success with them on my old srt so I just stuck with what worked for me.

I use one as well. No complaints here, aside from minor aesthetics like yours. A couple of minor scratches and a less than perfect polish job (all of which are not noticeable once installed). Nice job on the paint.

Got a bunch of wot runs on this and the car feels more consistant in the heat. I have nothing to actually verify this but my butt dyno. It feels great compared to when outside temps approached triple digits before versus morning cool air temps. Im happy with it and for the price I believe it to be a great deal.

You are correct I forgot to mention that, yeah none of the polish flaws can be seen once installed.

Make sure you adjust boost accordingly. What form of boost control are you using?

The intercooler, licp, exhaust and drop in filter are my only mods not yet tunned. Getting a tune is on the list of things to do.

How was the install? How long did it take? Does this come with the ic pipe? Or buy them separately?

An hour but my car has the splash shield removed already and it was easy did not even jack the car. Seperatly 500 for intercooler 170 for pipe.
