sorry to read stuff like this , hopefully they actually do what they should do and put the customer first , besides your money is helping fund their damn race projects.

I'm still trying to understand how we "****ed" him. The turbo is defective and was purchased last year. As some of our locals know, we have an entirely new store. Finding Aaron's ORIGINAL invoice means going to our storage, looking thru about 6000 or so paper orders one by one since all of that is on our old system.

Every computer in here with the exception of the UPS one (cause its not mac applicable) was changed. I have never, and I do mean ever had to deal with an HKS warranty claim. I will find out the details and get back to you by having the appropriate person contact you.

Also, if you wondering why it took so long to post. The company that owns this site can't seem to charge the right credit card every month.

Thanks
Rick

And also, one person mentioned our race program. Our store has nothing to do with our race cars. Those are funded by sponsors, not customers.

Thanks

^Sounds like an issue for the shipping company to cover under insurance. If you refused delivery though they should have just taken it back and dealt with the shipper themselves.

I had a Under Tray sent by Imports DP, arrived bent from UPS. This was a UPS issue and not Imports fault. I received my refund about two weeks later, which was resonable with a couple calls and a email.

The OP doesn't care if you have hamster wheels inside the computers, or a monkey doing the filing. All he wants his help. Just don't make the customer feel like he is the burden, when it's your lack of organization causing the hold up.
