If you sent the money to their paypal account they should just step up and refund you regardless of it being a gift payment.

Outside of paypal that is still considered payment for a product.

Try posting in their for sale threads. They seem to have no trouble replying to pm's and bumping their thread there.

+1 I'd hate to look like a total *itch doing that....but I may have to resort to that.....I just hope the site admins step in....

I have no idea why they are not responding....It's very simple, the choices I gave them. Give me the rims or refund. They asked for a 25% refund fees. (which was originally omitted back when I asked for the refund), thus I told them to take a picture of the rims and send it to my email so I can post it in a for sale thread....didn't respond yet....I can't imagine in what other ways I can make it easy for them.

like i said in the post i made on the first page of thread, i can't understand why evom lets them remain on here being vendors.... very shotty service.

Well, I am very suprised at how evom would simply just say, you used the gift option, sorry you get no assistance.

damn dude that sucks, I get where EvoM is coming from but the fact they posted here and said "we're gonna help I'll PM you", and then never did is a really d!ck move and should be considered when looking to help you out.

They're still a vendor cause they're still paying to be one is all i can guess. best of luck getting this resolved.

Like I said, I'd be posting in their threads every time they bumped it.
That's definitely a scum bag move by Gruppe-S. I'll make sure to never order from there and warn others.

While you may have lost paypal protection, you didn't lose legal protection. You paid for a product in which you did not receive. Threaten small claims court. They will step up I can nearly guarantee. If they don't take them to small claims court, shouldn't even need a lawyer. http://justicematters.ca/About_the_S...ims_Court.html

Update: Just got off the phone with Gruppe-s. Refund is not an option without the cancellation fee (which was previously voided but w/e). Pics are promised, i'm selling them. anyone who wants it, get it for the same price....under cost $1500.

So they have just been holding your fully paid rims for months while you consistently asked for a refund or the item?

Sounds like they owe you a 100% refund for failing to deliver a product.

^ lol i agree...well technically they owe me a 100% refund because they said earlier back in march that they will give me a 100% refund (since they "sold" the rims), now the story is different....i still do not have pictures w/ username so I can post it on the fs forum.

How sad is it you can not even trust evom vendors now.

You should write a bad guy thread about evom not standing behind their members because of a gift payment even after this vendor said they would take care of you.

If this doesn't prove that this website has fallen apart into total crap for a money making scheme, I don't know what it is then.
