I just purchased a cylinder head from them. They shipped it out and it arrived quickly. It checked out ok just as they said so my experience from them has been positive. Sorry to hear about your issue, hope it gets resolved.

I bought a set of used cams off them a little over a week ago, parts arrived quickly and are in great condition just like the ad stated.
No complaints here

That's horrible, hopefully he gets compensation from them. I guess I should send out my cylinder head just to make sure before I install it after reading through what happened to him. There just seems to be too many shops out there doin stuff like this. FFTEC is a great shop, they tuned my evo and if I was living back in Cali they would be the only shop to touch my car.

That really sucks, but at least you can be assured that FFTEC will build it right. How did they not match, did they just slap on oversize valves or something?

Please note this forum is for one customer/issue service experience at a time. Please start a new thread for a new topic, preferably after you have discussed your issue with the vendor. Thanks.
