I don't know if FIC is a vendor here but I will post this anyways, because they deserve this little review.

I purchased a kit of OEM injector seals from them for 25 bucks, and request if to be sent to my address in Miami... well the package didn't arrive so I contacted Bryan at FIC and he was very helpful, didn't hesitate to send me another set of seals for free with tracking info and all. Well, the next day I received the first set of seals in my address in Ecuador! so I contacted Bryan again to let him know it wasn't lost and to send him the extra $25 for the second set. He promptly said I don't need to send him the extra 25, I could keep the second set free of charge for the little trouble I went through.
So, here's a big thumbs up for them , that's what great service is.
