SparkTech no response? Want my box back!

SparkTech no response? Want my box back!
Been a loyal customer for SparkTech since 2008 and always had good communication with them. They updated with shipping info, latest updates and what the deal with my order.
I sent them my M&W box 6 weeks ago after getting my car back from Buschur and David said the box was not working properly and light was flashing sometimes. Sent the box to the SparkTech address in FL and knew the box had to be sent to Australia to get fixed but didn't get a confirmation the box was received by them in FL and I sent SparkTech an email last week and only got a response of "We'll contact M&W and get back to you".
In the past their customer service has been great, quick but now it seems to well...suck!!
What's the deal Craig? I'd like my box back before the beginning of the New Year.

Got an email moments ago. It seems that when M&W was on vacay for unknown amount of time my box was returned to the states for unknown reasons (not delivered) and then SparkTech had to resend it out for a 2nd time. Things happen, understandable.
I suppose I have to wait a bit longer.

Well I beat you cause I drive my car close to everyday now just on the coils you sent me. Since I jacked my back up again rescuing my daughter after she fell off the bed at 5 am while I was sleeping. I just can't do a pull cause it cuts out so bad. So I just cruise in it.

Paid them $250 for repairs and shipping. 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard a peep since. Emailed just now. Wait for a response, which probably won't come till mid Oct I think.

an hr after posting my latest response I shot them an email and got a response fairly quickly and supposedly its gonna be at my front door tomorrow. I'll post if it does.
