sti killer has them on there website for 599 and looks identical, not saying its the exact same one but pretty dammmm close ( APR Evo front bumper with APR lower lip built in for the Evo 8 and 9 #16747 ) <----- thats what the decription says LOL

The one you see on stikiller is the one with the APR lip "built into" it. The APR Evo 9 bumper from stikiller has the lip molded in already. The bumper and lip are not removeable like the one from Fizz is selling. This one is capable of swapping to another lip if desired.
Bump for Fizz. If the bumper didn't have the holes in it for the canards I would've already bought it.
