Oh man if Shiv looks chubby on TV; Buffet King David better stay away from the TV world. No David doesn't have a weight problem. In fact he never weights/waits when it comes to eating. No problems there.

3. What grade street gas were they using?
4. Was the last run of 4.4s (0-60) made with race gas or street gas?
5. Did they get a baseline dyno on the car?
6. Was the car catless or with a high flow cat?

overall - awesome mods except the graphics and white wheels
Answers:

1. Dyno Dynamics AWD dyno
2. The 250rwhp run as the starting point. I ended up making close to 300whp on pump gas. They failed to mention that for some reason and focused only on the race gas. Oh well
3. 93 i think
4. Race gas probably. I wasn't there for the testing so i can only guess.
5. Not that particular car. EVos aren't sold in Canada so they haven't dyno'd a stocker. But it should put down around 210whp judging by what STis and WRX are putting down.
6. It was catless

cheers,
shiv

I've got a question.... When they installed the 10.5 housing, they left the turbo on the car? I didn't think you could do this, but I guess that's my infancy in turbo knowledge. So to install it all you have to do is unbolt the center section from the turbine housing and slide it over the turbine wheel. Then installation is reverse? There is no requirement to center the housing on the wheel, check for clearance, etc.? If that's the case it's a job I wouldn't be very afraid to tackle myself someday.

Anyway, the show was good, like the majority here I hated the graphics, but they are Tooner Tranzfurmashon so they need to incorprate some tasteless mods I think the power mods were well thought out. That total group of mods costs well over 5k though, but still a great show and great publicity for an awesome tuner.

Professor Johnny B: The thing about the Mitsubishi Evolution, really is just basically a lancer, right? Yes. Done up. I'll be as quick as I can.
Lancer Evolution, John Kerry I will, hyde. You know what I'm saying?

Remember SATs? Lancer is to Evolution as Dr. Jekyll is to Mr. Hyde...

I also though it was hilarious when the announcer said "Shiv Vishnu from Vishnu tuning..." Those guys really didn't seem to have any idea what they should do with the car. I guess they're not used to a car that's already so damm good!

SHIV... damn good job tuning (like we didn't know it was gonna be good) the way the presented it on there made it seem like they were on race gas for the last run... anyway..

james glad you scrapped the grafix.... i kinda was liking the white rims..but its your car.... atleast jonny b didn't take off your wing.

Shiv - Thanks for answering the questions. Now lets see what I can get out of a Stage 1+ on a Mustang AWD Dyno (minus the turbo housing).

What kind of boost was the car running? 250 for all of the parts on pump gas on the DD did seem kind of low. I made 275 on a DD, with the same parts, but with a SAFCII instead of XEDE.
