Please put the boost graph up as it is helpful to see how different cam combos and valve timing settings spool that turbo.

Thanks.

The Xflash is only $100 if you already own an XEDE. Like I said, all they do is raise the redline and turn off the boost cut. The ~$70 is for over night shipping there and back.

The turbo install was actually very easy, but you'll need (or at least I did) a nice big vice and a decent set of tools. I'd recommend getting new studs and bolts too, see my other thread here https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=109621

The boost graph is now attached. It's hard to read as it's in KPA, but it's the black line and use the numbers on the far left. 250 kpa = 21.75 psi.

EvoSam,

Are your HKS cams 272 intake, 264 exhaust...or the other way around. I think in your original post you had one way, and in your sig another.

I'm trying to decide on cams for this turbo myself...

Great results from your set-up, HUGE torque!

264 intake, 272 exhaust. I think I swapped the order in another post because I always list the intake cam first, but when I was referencing the cam degrees I, like most people, list the exhaust setting first.

So, 264 intake cam set at -1
272 exhaust cam set at -2

Where did you get the turbo for $895? The cheapest I have seen is $995 I believe.

You are correct, typo on my part. I'll edit the post. ForcedPerformance.com sold me mine for $995.

Ok, ive been reading this enough and can't seem to figure it out.....yes, its been bothering me.

What is a 10.5 hotside? some slang? or name of a turbo? is it a complete new turbo, or just a new housing on the 16g and you have to send yours in for a core???? im confused.
