Vishnu Off Topic: Marvel Comic Value

Anyone have any idea what this might be worth? I have tons of these things. I collected them back in the mid 70s.

My friend,
DO NOT F'K WITH MY HEAD LIKE THAT! That is the kind of stuff that'll make me look like one of them dumbfounded midwesterners when they get on Antiques Roadshow and find out great grandpappi's spittoon is worth a fortune.

High values != awaiting buyers. For your sake I hope you get a lot of money, but don't be too disappointed if you can't find buyers. I have a lot of comics from the early 90's and late 80's. Should probably see if they're worth the paper they're printed on.

no seriously if thats the first issue, that shiznit is worth hella $$$$$$$$. Please do me a favor and make sure that its enclosed in a nice seal and if its in mint condition, oh boy, you can sell that for mucho $$$$

oh my god, if you really own those, you've got some real collectors item in your hands.

http://www.comicspriceguide.com/

try this link, and as always, the price is very general, if you find a hardcore collectors, they'll pay insane amounts of money for it.

good luck, or you can always go to Barnes and Nobles and pick up an edition of Wizard, thats the pricing guide for comics.

Smog: You probably realize this but I don't think that the other readers do.

That's _not_ the first issue of Amazing Spiderman. That's issue #1 of spectacular spiderman, which didn't run very long I believe. Amazing spiderman is worth much, much more.

EDIT:

Not bad though, $250

http://www.comicspriceguide.com/p-issues.asp?t_ID=3343

Correction, it ran for 22 years :-p
