now according to my blitz boos gauge/timer my top boost is 1.72 bar, i live in california where i've heard our 93 isnt as great as it should be compared to other states, but is the 93 good enough for such high boost level? there is one gas station 10 miles from my house that has 100 octane, would that be necessary or no? and how much of whp difference would that 100 give me if any?

You should go with 100 octane fuel, 1.72 bar is A LOT on a 93. You must have alot of knock with that boost on 93.

Is that on 91 oct?

Whoohoo if it is, I can't wait to get mine done. I've got the Vishnu standard exhaust, with a test pipe.

Do you need a fuel pump with the IX?

It more than likely is. I've seen a few dyno sheets from Vishnu making about that much power when tuned for 91. You don't need a fuel pump with those mods you're suggesting. (Unless you mean more mods?)

to me it sounds like a bunch of coins rattling in an ashtray, others may describe the sound like marbles rattling in a tin can.

I can hear that sh|t a mile away! My last car had a problem with it bad, it sounds like when your tires pick up a bunch of small stones at speed and through a shower of stones under your car. Just it's usually not as frequent a sound as that, and isn't as loud. If that makes sense.
