Set it to -10 -10
From a start it bogs almost like it cuts fuel, then it takes off. It still cuts out bad around 6-7k rpm and then just kinda dies out after that. When I shfted to 2nd it bogs then goes. It's got power at least now though, so it's getting closer.
I dunno, I can't do much more tonight (gotta be up early for work tomorrow), so I'll work on it more tomorrow. I really don't think i should be driving it much till I figure out what's up.

Here is the fix...
You are one tooth negative. So when the cam gear is set at 0 you would be -7.5. You have your gear set at -2 which is actualy -9.5. To correct it You need to add +4.5 beyond 0. Or go forward 6.5 from you current -2 setting. That would give you an effective -3.
The best fix would be to move your cam gear one tooth and get the gear 0 tooth to TDC. That is not EASY to do. So, it can be corrected with the gear. You just have to know that your gear is one tooth off.

Hope you got it figured out and aren't overly confused. I think Cajun mistook the camera glare for your TDC mark. As he said in his update, the picture you posted is at about -9, which will cause really crappy running. Add 7 degrees back to that (Rotate the cam clockwise in relation to the teeth) and your car should run like a champ.
Dang it! Too slow, Cajun beat me too it. If you have any questions, call him! I'm going to bed...

Jorge,
You are right. But, he is one tooth off. He has the tooth at +7.5 set to the TDC. Which means that the CAM is -7.5 when set to 0. Then he had a -2 dialed in on the gear which had put him to a -9.5.
Here are pics of the correct install dialed in for a -2, the incorrect install with a -2 making a total of -9.5, and the incorrect install compensated to a -3 using the gear being set to +4.5 and the tooth being -7.5 = -3.
Long story short, if you are a tooth of you can adjust it out. If you can, move the tooth! If you don't have the tooth to do so, adjust the gear.

Got the gears changed during my lunch break and drove back to work. The car runs MUCH better now. I haven't had a chance to really get on it hard yet but it seems to be good. I did notice that it seemed to die out at 7k rpm but at least everything is smooth and I now have power.
I'll test out -2 -2 and the -4 -1 again and see what happens. At least now I know what those settings are with my screwed up install
Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it

Well the saga continues...I went back and double checked all the wiring. Found out the boost control wire was never installed, (the blue and brown wires were hooked to themselves), so I fixed that and the o2 sim wire wasn't done either, so that's taken care of. Everything else is correct.
So back out for a test drive. Car is running pretty smooth so I get on it and now I only have 12psi of boost and still dies out at 7k.
I checked the boost wire again to make sure I got the right wire and I think I do but then that's what I thought about the cam gears too.
Here's a pic of my boost wire connection:

Sounds like connection problems.....the factory waste gate only hold about 12psi when the boost control isn;t working. Did you just install the xede? or had it been working correctly previously? Did you remove the "pill" from the boost line going to the wastegate?
Dumb question, but did you reinstall all the wires correctly into the xede harness? Sounds like you aren;t getting any signal to your wastegate.
