BMW 335i Dynojet Results

'Nuff said

4th gear runs
Dyno actually reads a bit low for a Dynojet. Would probably see 10whp more on other local dynojets.

wow, finally bmw is making a 3series that has power to back up handling(m series not withstanding) Good luck with the modding, especially the funky boost control system.

Damn! Thats some flat TORQUE!!!! It stays almost constant until 5 and 6k.

-edit- A/F ratio looks to be already quite optimized.... ? Interesting..

Anyone know why it is anywhere from 18:1 to 15:1 AFR all the way up to 4500 rpms?
I bet it gets killer gas mileage!

If you ran an EVO that lean it wouldn't last too long. . .

I think the car has an airpump for catalyst performance. If so, that is what causes the tailpipe wideband to read so lean.

+1 on the pics. I'm curious to see how this thing looks in the real world.

The BMW website has a 360-degree view of the engine, and you can clearly see the two little turbos tucked on the side. That motor looks like it's a bi$ch to work on.

Don't the 335's weigh about 200lbs more than the Evo? Off topic, I know...
