The spring activated solenoid on the front of my pump keeps getting jammed. This will cause the pump to activate but it will not suck up any alky. I've already had to open the sucker up twice to fix it. I am at the point where I don't trust the system anymore. Where can I get a new solenoid?

 

Would it not be easier to get it from Coolingmist themselves?

You have to prime it. Try that 1st. Disconnect from the output of the pump until fluid flows and then reconnect it. Try this.
