Just getting my setup done, starting tuning and was looking for a little help deciding on my target AFR's

25PSI, 375ml/min nozzle, stock injectors, and 75% meth and 25% windshield washer fluid.
I have been aiming for 12.3-11.9 does that sound about right?

12.0-12.1 with that amount of meth and boost. you can take it to at least 27psi and still be somewhat conservative for having meth. If you don't have a failsafe...stay at 25psi. 27-34psi + 100% meth and 12.1-5 a/f = power. Go easy on the timing and shoot for a cleaner a/f.

I am going to disconnect the rear windshield waterline in the morning and see if the front sprays out at all.

I know it’s not electrical because I disconnected the power to the windshield sprayer’s pumps tonight and the back still sprayed a bit.

I also remember the top popping of my tank twice before I noticed this issue, I just thought I did not put it on tight even thought I thought I did, I am thinking what ever is causing this "back pressure" I guess you can call it that is what popped the top off my tank twice and I did not see the sprayer then because the pressure was escaping out of the open tank top.

But if it is pressure that not supposed to happen is it? I am reading of tank venting and stuff but that's just for fumes correct? Not for pump back pressure?

When I installed the kit I turned the pump 1 1/2 turns clockwise the raise the pressure but that would not cause this right?

Ok got the issue all figured out, it was the pump / hose direction like slowcar posted. After testing the system the other day my bro did some hose management in the trunk to clean everything up. I did not know he disconnected and reconnected the hoses. When he hooked the hoses back up to the pump he put the lines backwards and pressure from the UICP under boost was pushing into the Meth tank causing it to pressurize and spray out of the rear windshield washer.

Thanks for all your help everyone BACK to TUNING MA HAH HA
