Is anyone else having problems with the SI Wastegate? The SI flickers on every time, and it opens the wastegate. Once open the WG doesn't close quick enough. So if I'm running though gears, 1st gear will go to full boost (27psi) about half of the time. The other half of the time and the rest of the gears after will only boost to 13psi, WG pressure. I'm going to give snow a call this afternoon; just wondering if anyone else has this problem. Oh yeah i have the SI on the longest delay. I think its 0.6 seconds.

- The SI light can flicker on at onset. It's basically doing it's job - sensing flow below 180ml/min and sending voltage to solenoid to open WG, usually flow increases before enough voltage energizes sol (light flicker to indicate). To fix this one, adjust the SI delay CCW so the system wont start monitoring until 0.5 sec after onset. It may still flicker but you wont get false fails
- Since your solenoid has opened prematurely and let air to WGA but the WGA is still pressurized tells me that the output of your solenoid isn't bleeding off. How do you have it hooked up?
- If turning delay CCW on SI doesnt help something ain't right.

I have it hooked up like the drawing so i don't think that's the problem. I might try different Tee's and see it they might becausing a blockage. I already have my delay on the SI set to the max. 0.6 seconds. Any one know wher to get good boost Tee's.

C6C6 you got me thinking. Maybe the solenoid isn't hooked up correctly. the flow is out #1 port, correct? i didn't have directions, so i used the one on the flow solenoid, and just assumed it was the same direction; if it isn't, let me know.

There's your problem right there, get the SI-01!
I'm not certain but I think that the solenoid can work both ways. It should go in port 1 (source) and out port 2 (WGA)

If your in Aruba there is an Ace Hardware store on Westpunt, I think. If your elsewhere you might have to mailorder.
If you still can't mailorder due to customs you can allways find someone to buy you some in the states to send you and paypal them.
If you have trouble with that get see if your local store will order some.
No, the epoxy will not work

C6C6CH3vo 'Thanks' but...
I'm in Jamaica, I ususally get it in the 'True Value' Hardwardes here but for the last 2 months or so they haven't got any stock...and I can get it from overseas, but then I need to wait like a week...I want to finish the install now.
I can find alot of other glues, silicons, epoxy's...there must be an alternative LOL...LOL
I'll call Snow Performance today & check what they reccomend..then update.

Testing Snow Safeinjection with SI05 and WGA sol. Excuse the brief 1st and 2nd gear pulls for the test, my clutch is spent.
- Normal (alcohol inject) green light on for power to pumphttp://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f2...t=100_0073.flv
- Pulled 10 amp fuse to shurflo pump leadhttp://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f2...t=100_0071.flv
- Flow meter senses lack of flow sends out fault trigger to solenoid and yellow light. Power sent to pump (green) but fuse pulledhttp://s49.photobucket.com/albums/f2...t=100_0070.flv
