Perrin's system is a designed to be a "plug and play" market, it has everyone things in one neat package, for people who don't like tinkering with their car, this is the perfect system for them. There is little or no upgrade path for the future.

HFS-5 (High Flow System-satge 5) is a system where you have all the flexibilities to change the way it injects water. You may want to map the system yourself when you change to an aftermarket ECU, you can also use the spare PWM channel to create your own WI injection map etc.

You also have a few options how the failsafe system is triggered, MAP sensor, FIDC or throttle angle etc.

Depending on what tyope of person you are , you choose the kit to best suit your need. Both kits are very competent in its own right.
