What spark plugs should on my evo 9 with a snow meth kit running at high boost.

The tial bov will hols more than a sock recirc, and may cause you to see small jumps in your mixture (on the rich side) when deceling and shifting. Most evo's don't have any issues going atmospheric.
I am guessing you are flashed, so minor changes in your tuning will compensate for the bov. Better intercooler is always better, as you are running higher boost than stock, and therefore operating out of the factory parameters for your turbo. Any failsafe you can put on your car is better than none.
You can run upwards of 30psi on the stock IX turbo. With intake, TBE, and an agressive tune w/ alot of meth, you can expect 350-370ish whp, some have claimed more. I'll throw you my dyno #'s the end of this month.
