HEET is better than VP M1, thats odd. They are both 99.9% pure meth right?
I wonder why HEET works better?
HEET seems very expensive. the cheapest I found was $1.28 for a 12oz bottle. Thats $13.56 a gallon.
Meth usually goes for about $5 a gallon.

Around here Its been found in the section that has all the other automotive products, I would assume same as for other locations. Look for gas line antifreeze and fuel additive products. If you watch out for it, Walmart puts it on sale during the summer months, this is good for people who would like to by it in quantity in order to save some money.
I use the local auto parts store because I'm interested in ease of use = I like W/A injection to be simple on a daily driver, I could save by buying in bulk but storage is a major concern for me. Also, the drive to Walmart takes too long and I do not really like Walmart to begin with.
Auto parts stores are all over the place which means, wheres there an autoparts store I can find an easy source of any amount of methanol I need.

I do not want to mislead with regards to whether denaured alky is OK to use or not. I'm being honest when I say I'm not really into alky injection.......because of this I lack complete knowledge of alky injection....I'll defer to someone else answering that.
IMO if your new to the whole W/A scene, start with distilled water and then move up into alky. Theres a benefit to learning and understanding how things work and what works for you though easing into things.
I also believe Abner is probably the best resource on here for you EVO guys looking at methanol injection. IMO its safe to read his post's and understand he's done his homework and knows what he's talking about.
Sorry I can be better help with those questions, but I'll read the post's so I learn more as well.
