i wonder if it is possible to design the progressive controller to behave in a more linear/progressive manner?
I have been working on this atomising problem with the PPS for a long time - I am making some progress but it will be a while before I can offer a PPS system. It has to be a mechanical solution with electrionics.

Here is a link, you might or might not have read it- associated with PPS system:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1036887

Put it simply, to design a pps with good linearity is not simple especially if you need good atomisiation and good dynamic range.

I thought the atomisation at 500cc/min for a M15 shouldn't be that bad, but love to see it - any chance of a video?

I sent the alkycontrol kit back to dubblyugly01...

from the flow and pressure table on post #37, 500cc/min from a M15 nozzle is about ~40psig...i'll see if it can be reproduced in another way

there is a lot of info in the nasioc thread...will need a clear mind to read it
