Too late now. I was the one with something constructive with my first post. It was richard that turned this into a circus.

Now, back to on topic

Since you are a big proponent and pusher of checkvalves - show us the "miracle" of your 22psig CV.

Line pressure ~120psig
CV ~ 22psig

did the CV just swallow up the 100psig line pressure so no dribble/over run will occcur at the end of an injection event?

I didnt say that it would not spray after (with a M5 nozzle). I just said you should do a test with both.

so you agree that the ~100psig of excess line pressure has to go somewhere - out of the nozzle

so we have to continue to play this disagree to agree game?

If I may interrupt for a quick question...

Im new to the meth injection world so this might be a dumb question, but is it possible to install a solenoid valve on a kit that doesnt have one?

Yes, it is always possible, complexity will depend on the system. If you pm me what system you have, I will try to work out a method for you.

Solenoid valve= no leaks and instant full pump pressure

Around 30,000 miles driven using a methanol system claimed to spray while TB closed. Engine runs just as good, even now that it's set up with more power. Compression #'s the same. The second quote above was done inadvertantly while first tuning by turning pump on at idle - oops.

All one needs to do confirm if they are spraying while TB closed is to check the AFR after a pull - thats it.
