aem meth kit
#46
The size of your nozzle divided by 1. Convert that into minutes. Now add every second that your car is being driven under the onset of your methanol kit, Now, add to that the flow percentage that your controller shows. Calculating every second should get you close enough. Meaning 50% of your nozzle size, will theoretically give you 50% of your flow. Every second of 50% flow add .5 seconds to your total. At 25% at .75 seconds, etc. Understand that the PPS system you have, will not be linear in it's flow, so you might want to read through the thread by Richard L about PPS vs PWM-V. It should have a flow map that should get you close in your calculations. Use it to apply offsets to your part flow calculations.
Or
You can just carry an extra container, and check it after every run. It's not like you posted useful information like nozzle size, boost settings, max boost, or other useful info.
and not necrosnipe threads from two years ago.

It very simple and strait forward, you can also download the install instruction from the AEM electronics web site and would be very beneficial if all you get is 90octane....

theres only 3 wires to run and one is a ground. i ran the meth line with my brake lines and mounted everything in my trunk. you have to tap your uicp for the jet but thats easy. if you can install a head unit you can install a meth kit.
