Glad that my trick helped I ordered some replacement lines from grainger.com and I'm actually getting around to installing them today. Hopefully they don't leak lol.

Question. Any reason why us meth guys are not using this stuff from McMaster-Carr? Would it work with our applications with quick connects? Thicker walls than the regular tubing I'm used to. Has the Teflon FPA included.

please ensure your replacement hose is 4mm OD, 5/32" is the nearest.

A 1/8" hose cannot have 1/16" wall thickness...

Sorry, I mis-read for 1/8 OD hose.

Most of the leak hose is on the 4mm. Do thay sell metric hose in teflon?

Yeah I got the 4mm and 6mm Teflon PFA. They only offer 2 types in those sizes if I remember correctly and one handles higher heat temps or something.

The replacements I ordered. I just installed the 4mm sections yesterday but didn't have time to do a leak test yet.

I ordered a set for myself yesterday. We'll see how it goes and if this is the solution over the homedepot stuff not meant for meth use.

Well....just pressure tested the new 4mm lines. Leaking like crazy. Seriously pissed. I love the fact that I dont feel confident enough to use my setup without it spraying meth everywhere.

Richard, are all of the 4mm quick-connect fittings used in your kit from the same manufacturer (the fittings on the flow sensor,HSV and tee fitting)?
