If you have used 1mm jet before, I would use the same.

You can run dual jets but depends atmosphere and other factors. 2 jets are great when you are in a very hot and dry climate.

Check the wiring to the HSF the random spurts could be the brown wire grounding out (somewhere) causing it to open. Or check for leaks from the pump to the HSV I have seen random stuff sometimes.

yea i actually had my BIG LEAK problems fixed by replacing all the fittings with the metal compression fittings, all new teflon tubing, new oring and brass piece under pump cover and that pretty much fixed any leak i had.. it was tested and worked fine about a month after that then changed turbo with bigger injector and this happened when i went to go get tuned

but ill triple check all my grounds again to make sure its all tight

It is a good time to do some testing. All leaks has been cured, it is time to look for clogs and blocks. Clipping the jet on the windscreen is a quick and effective system test.

For the double pulse modification, do any of the diodes from 1N4001 to 1N4007 work? I don't know too much about electronics anymore. And the stripe tells you which direction to install?

Thanks.

For normal fuel injection engine, any numbers between 1N4001 to 1N4007 will work. The band denotes the pointed side of the arrow.

I believe the diagram I drew indicated this.
