The drag opens for the 22nd and will not open up again for street legal drags for another two months. So now is the time to come show off what you got. I hope EVOs will roll deep on the 22nd...

I'll try to be there, although the colder temps are good for the turbo, they suck for traction

 

I'll be there on the 22nd. I hope I could break into the 12's on 91 octane. The gates will now open at 8:00 A.M. so I hope we can get more chances to race.

 

I'll be there trying to get into the 11s with some new stuff on my 03 EVO. :-)

 

This is the schedule for Fontana on 1/22/05 that I read off of a LS-1 forum.

Gates open @ 7:00 A.M.

Tech starts @ 8:00 A.M.

Racing starts @ 9:00 A.M.

Racing ends @ 6:00 P.M.

What happened to the 12s? Also what new mods are going to be responsible for an 11 sec pass? I have been on an Evom vacation and am unaware of a 12sec pass by you. So that is why I ask.

 

I think in order for me to shoot for the 12s I have to set the goal for the 11s just like when I want to get in the 12s I was only able to get 13 even. LOL.
I didn't get back there for a while due to problem with my clutch and synchro. I don't want to be a whiner but if my clutch and gears were good, I beleive I'm already in the 12s. All those run with high 13s, I can't never shift into 4th gear without double-pump the clutch hence gone all my boost.
One of my best mods is ACT clutch installed by RRE (don't let the dealer install the ACT clutch for you, it's bad.). Looking to see you there and congrat on your 11s.
