for anyone wanting to branch off, or do a second group/club, I have an idea. I'd love to still have meets, and get together to talk about cars, and so forth... No president. Everyone has equal vote. EVERYTHING is voted on. starting from our name, meeting times, where we meet, and what we want to do as a group. SCLC was fun, but started to be ran very poorly, even the Vice President stated he wasn't coming back. we won't have that problem. I will help coordinate things untill more people start to talk on this thread. I want everyone to contribute, and have a role.
Respond here if you're interested... FYI, you CAN do both SCLC and this. no worries, we want everyone.

maybe for this club we should open to all different kinds of cars..not just lancers...
maybe wrx, rx7, gti, crx, se-r, all the compact cars..or even focus.and we cng drive to beach, curse in canyons and stuff like dat!...

 

Or possibly even Ford Rangers...

I was thinking somthing similar Kara, I just posted it in the other thread. I think a constant date and time would be good that way people can plan for it. Atleast once a month would be cool I think.

(one of my ideas is to have a meet w/ SCIC (socal impreza club) the guys that crashed our meet that one time! They are really good friends of mine, and they do lots of fun things. One thing that they do is go to Life Plaza every sunday night (it's up past diamondbar... 57 to the 60) kinda far from where most of the meets have been, but Ithink we need to do some in everyone's direction! it's really fun, they just go hang out, and have a good time. well, it's just a thought. Talk it up! What else would you guys like to do?

this is a good idea. im on the eastcoast and i have been speaking with the leader of SQC (subaru queens crew) and we are setting up a meet. i like the idea of chilling with other car clubs. its good to see a variety of cars at a meet. anyway, good luck on branching off.
