right!! this is how harley davidson riders and bikers are able to ride without helmets in some counties despite the common safety sense in helmet legislation. its because the majority of them VOTE and do something about it rather than being shafted. the question is, are our enthusiasts willing to do the same?

agreed, the community should get all the tickets written and check out what kind of cars were ticketed. get the age group and then do some comparisons of harleys hemis hot rods and all the other cars that arent getting pulled over to see the sound qualities of each. it is simmply unfair for them going after import tuners when american muscle cars and bikes get no hating.

Jeez...this sux. I seriously see hella more popos speeding than civics where I live. I'm in Hercules,CA which is like a good hour and a half from Sac. But the CHP here seriously have nothing better to do than to pick on the most unlikely. My friend got pulled over a month ago in his MX-5 for DODGING AN ILLEGAL LANE CHANGE. The cops were going to cite HIM with the illegal manuever. But apparently they were just bored because all he said was that he was just learning how to drive stick. He's been driving stick for almost 3 years. That incident made him even later than he already could afford.
