So Cal Dyno & Drag Racing Track...?
Ok, with all the street racing I do, it's not enough for me yet. I wanna take it to the track and get a base of what my car can do. Thing is, what's the best track to go to? Im near california speedway, but there shedule is horriable. I don't wanna go to palmdale because I heard bad things about the track. Is there anywhere else I can go?
Also, im looking to get my car dyno... I have no idea what's the best dynos to go to, but im looking for a good FWD that can also (possibly) hold a meet for sclc.net. Any info would be great.
Thanks.

Dynos- Tuning Technologies or GT motorsports (dont know if they still have there dyno) are the closests ones.

here is something i heard from this guy i know....he says tht dynos or not good unless u get a guy who knows wht he is doin otherwise ur engine will blow after awhile becuz of all the stress they apply to it when dynoing...now u guys might be like hes just bsin u...but i highly doubt it...he know a crap load about cars...he has a 2001 cobra svt with a high performance engine in it and upgrades like no other his hp is at or will be at 500 n/a...not to mention his brother inlaw is the same way only he has a honda b20 and his hp is at 250 n/a and still not done...they say do a engine dyno its more precise numbers but might cost more...has for tracks i heard irwindale is good...i was told every tuesday or thursday is open for all to race.

Palmdale's track is yes not the best track, but if you just want to practice launching, driving all together and get a good idea of what kinda times your car can run palmdale is a good place to do it for mainly the reason that it is a 1/4th track and it's not that busy there even on friday nights. But if you go Weds nights you can get in 30 runs if you really wanted to lol...
i go to palmdale, during winter is good bc the weather is cold of course and its freakin out there so no worries of ur car burning to much, usually the dirt bikers dont ride during winter time out there so they dont kick much dirt from their track over onto LACR side

If you want a good place to dyno, go to Tuning Technologies in Colton.
