dieters bringing my motor down from buschur next weekend so I will be yankin mine this weekend, I haven't pulled a evo motor anyone have any helpfull hints???

Built motor from BR? Very nice! Is it cheaper to buy a motor from BR then it is to have the OEM motor built?

not really but i don't have a car and i am pressed for time (this is my DD) the extra money was worth the time saved if i would have built my own

if you have access to a lift, drop the subframe, support the engine & trans & lift the car off the motor & trans. just take into account the CG will shift once the engine/trans is removed & set up the lift accordingly

So, you spent ~$4600 for a complete, built engine and you need to provide them with your OEM one?

How come there aren't any EVOs dominating the various brackets at the Q (Racelegal)? The quickest EVO I have heard of is owned by someone who did a very nice cameleon paint job on it and was making crazy power. I've talked to him a few times but don't remember his name. I know that he was winning quite a bit, but then upgraded his turbo and had traction issues.

Because Evos are made for the road course not drag :P. His name is Paulo and he makes 800whp or something. It's also his daily driver.
