I'd drop a K24 block with a K20A2 head in that bad boy. Get K-Pro, IPS CAMs, Injen intake, exhaust, Hondata IMG and a Hytech header.

A K24 block from a CR-V and a K20A2 from an RSX-S is one of the best possible combination for a Honda swap. You end up with more torque from the K24 block then you would from a K20 block, and the K20A2 head flows a lot better than a K24 head.
Hondata K-Pro is similar to an AEM EMS.
IPS is a manufacturer of cams and makes one of the best sets of cams for K20s.
Injen is a manufacturer of cold air intakes.
Exhaust = self explanatory
Hondata IMG is an intake manifold gasket which has proven to lower inlet temps and enable increased power throughout the entire powerband.
Hytech is a manufacturer of headers, exhausts, cams, etc. and makes one of the best headers for K20s.
