AZAWD.org 2nd Annual Statewide Meet
***UPDATE***09/08/06***
When: Saturday September 30th
Time: 10:00 am meet at CVS / 10:45 head out to Natural Bridge Park
Where: Ellsworth and Brown at CVS drug store on the northwest corner
Fee: there is a $3.00 fee per Adult to enter the park. Anyother money is optional if you want to eat if we stop.
CVS is where we are meeting to grab snacks and stuff for the road trip, There is a Sonic just as we get into Payson for breakfast, and a Denny's in Payson that I think would be great place to eat lunch on the way back to town. Its about 70 miles I believe each way, so a full tank will get you there and back. Bring your cameras this is a great drive!

Sounds like fun. I'm making a run this weekend, but I should ready for another by the 30th. How many people are signed up or have expressed interest?
A couple observations/concerns:
1. Are you planning on going out to the 88 to the 180 and then up to the 87? Or are you going to go up the Bush Hwy and over to the 87?
2. Is that meet at CVS at 10:00 and then not leave until 10:45?! That's a long time to hang out waiting for everyone.
3. If you go later in the morning, then you're going to have to deal with more traiffic. The early you leave the better. Are all you lazy sleepy a$ses too tired to get up and meet at CVS by 7:00?

I may be in on this one. I gotta check with the wife and see what's going on that weekend. I know we're pretty busy this month.
