From there we will be leaving and hit the road by no later than 9:50am

It's pretty easy man. Just take the Treasure Island exit right off the bay bridge. its right before you go into the tunnel to jump on the main part of the bay bridge. Go straight and you should run right into it eventually.

This route is what people are using to get there. This should help you and show you that you arnt far from the island. If you look at the top/middle left theres a little island where the green marker stops. Thats where you want to be.
