Weekly AWD Meet in Tempe, AZ

So I meant to update this post weeks ago, but forgot, so here goes!
We now meet at 5pm at the marina by Tempe town lake. I was going to get a google earth map for 'yall, but it's giving me hell on ubuntu. So I'll just give you directions!
From the loop 202:
Exit scottsdale/rural road, and turn north (left from phx, right from mesa).
Make your first left onto gilbert road. (this road is a side road, and comes up real quick after your done turning off the highway.) If you pass the titty bar, you've gone too far.
Follow gilbert road down and make a left into the marina parking lot. (If you go through the tunnel, you've gone too far.)
Find a place to park. Your here! (we usually park in the rv/ trucks with boats parking lot.)
From the US 60:
Exit Rural road
head north (left from phx, right from mesa) untill you pass the onramp for the loop 202 (you should be in the left lane by now)
Immediately after the 202 underpass, make your first left onto gilbert road. (this road is a side road, and comes up real quick after your done turning off the highway.) If you pass the titty bar, you've gone too far.
Follow gilbert road down and make a left into the marina parking lot. (If you go through the tunnel, you've gone too far.)
Find a place to park. Your here! (we usually park in the rv/ trucks with boats parking lot.)
From the northern loop 101:
I have no clue. you live too friggen far away! j/k! come out.
Exit scottsdale road, and head south. After mckellips road, get in your right lane.
Make a right on gilbert road, just before the on ramp to the loop 202.
Follow gilbert road down and make a left into the marina parking lot. (If you go through the tunnel, you've gone too far.)
Find a place to park. Your here! (we usually park in the rv/ trucks with boats parking lot.)
From Maricopa (gotta represent the home town haha!)
Take John Wayne pkwy/Highway 347 to the I-10
Take the I-10 west towards Phoenix.
Exit hwy 143 going to sky harbor airport.
Exit loop 202 east towards mesa.
Exit scottsdale/rural road
Turn left at the light (be in the far left lane)
Make your first left onto gilbert road. (this road is a side road, and comes up real quick after your done turning off the highway.) If you pass the titty bar, you've gone too far.
Follow gilbert road down and make a left into the marina parking lot. (If you go through the tunnel, you've gone too far.)
Find a place to park. Your here! (we usually park in the rv/ trucks with boats parking lot.)

Revival bump! I should head out there on the way back from flagstaff. either before or after i drop my girl off. car meets really aren't her thing.... imna try and bring as many of the guys going to flagstaff (currently 8) with me too.

sounds good so far. the guys in the other forums are pretty interested too. should be a good turn out. i'm also going to try and bring the guys from the flagstaff trip down.

The meets are every saturday at lot 59 n.e. (White dot on the map.) 5 pm is the meet time. if noone shows by 6. i'm gone, so get there early! were lookin at a big turnout this time, or so i hear. i need to try and get the mynes guys out.

I'm down for the meet but won't be able to make it there until the end of February. What all do you have going on at the meet? Just a "meet and greet", "look what I got", "mines better", or just an organized hangout?

semi organized hang out. we all get there, talk cars, and then usually go for food, or drive somewhere. so far weve done a photo shoot at the tempe marina, checked out the pavilions, and done a mass invasion on a red robin.

Sounds cool. I'm definitely in when I return. About that photo shoot, sounds like something I can work on for the locals that meet to do a spring photo shoot. Check out the links below to see what I'm talking about and if this is something to do on a montly meet. Looking forward to it.
