shops for engine swap
hey fellas!
sorry to go off topic and quite possibly the wrong forum, but i got a friend who is interested in doing an engine swap for his civic si. the ones that come to mind for me are leaf racing, munky wurks, and sonics. would you recommend any of these and/or anywhere else?

I'd recommend sonic motorsports. I haven't dealt with any of the other ones, but Sonic is top notch. I dropped my car off at noon on a Friday for a clutch install and picked it up at noon the next day. They were also the cheapest on the island. lol

wtf! assuming they're selling it to you at 40K, that would leave you with a loan of 25K. what kind of loan are they trying to dump on you? that's f'd up!
