Id be down. Pretty busy right now. Ive only met jimmy and i try to say whats up to all the evos i see.
I work on MCBH, diesel mechanic. I know a lot about cars and evos. Mostly the 4g63s but know enough about the 4Bs. Any questions or need help installing parts let me know.

Oh your question was which one...lol. That really depends on which do you prefer to drive... Stick or Auto.
I personally used to own a X MR and I have nothing but good things to say about the SST. I had 400hp with no problems with the stock SST. With 28K miles I still was rocking the stock clutch and beating cars that were at a higher power level than my MR.
SST= quick shifts+ no power losses in between shifts+ no human error.
Like every trans it has it weakness and currently the weakness to the SST is tuning capables. Tuning for the TCU is still being working on... you could tune some of the maps on the TCU but not all. This is not a problem with regular bolt ons. It becomes a problem when you shooting for 550+ range.
The GSR also has it weakness with the tranny. The stock CMC is known to break, clutch will have to be replaced around 20K even sooner if you start modding. But these problem could be fixed with the right parts.

Got to meet up with Jose today real chill guy knows his car way around cars I got to learn a lot from. Bought his AMS UICP & Intake and can't wait to meet up the rest of you guys!

Hello everyone sorry been so busy, im in the military navy at mcbh, my specialty for my job is fuels. Ive been so busy cuz of this inspections we have hopefully i can get out and meet u all. I see some evos at mcbh you all in here?
