Would recalibrating the AF sensor somewhat change my AF ratio?
I know there is a crap load of fuel burning but not enough o2.
If I wasn't mistaken, I believe the AF was around 11 at idle and shoots up from 15-18 or 19 WOT

15-19 WOT, that is bad! way to lean.

Your air fuel ratio won't change your tune. The gauge is just for information. As far as the mbc goes, before I went electronic my boost controller was bad. So no matter what adjustments I made to it I was still hitting boost cut. Try to put all your lines back in stock and see if your boost changes. Or if your car is tuned by reflash you might have a different solenoid controlled by the ecu. I have an extra greedy ebc but I will not be back on island till october

You need to just ditch the MBC all together and get a GM 3 port solenoid then do a boost leak test and retune. Easy as that man. That current "tune" you have on your car is very bad, in fact I would suggest to not go WOT until you have a new tune done. I would either get a remote tune done(I've used tscompusa twice with amazing results) or get one on island. 11 at idle is just pig rich, that's why all your fuel is burning away. And 17-19 at WOT isn't safe at all. The only way to adjust your a/f settings currently would to use ecuflash and adjust the values within your ecu itself.
