I showed up kinda late and missed entry by 20 min. but I still had a ball hanging out with everyone and talking about future plans for the lancers and mirages.
my thumbs up to Rob and Bou from RoadRace Motorsports, and to Richard and Vince from the SCLC. You guys rocks. Can't wait to see what the future holds for us.

Team SoCalEvo did alright. Out fastest evo (Louis Silva) got 13.3. We were shooting for 12's but I guess it was just a bad day. My fastest time was a 14.18. I guess it's not bad for the first time I've ever dragged a car. I didnt smoke the clutch once. I need to get my top end a little stronger. Time for a new downpipe...
We'll have some video soon...

It was nice to meet you you guys--Dr. Mosh and Coolguy--It was a fun day although we only got in three runs. My goal was to get into the 13's at over 100mph and I finally did! 13.71 @100.28. I 've got to try that 100 octate fuel next time.

I'm glad you guys had a lot of fun...I had some crap to take care of, some planned, some way too last minute, and all bad!! Oh well, life sucks then you go racing right? Anywho I'm glad that it looks like nobody beat up thier car! So what did Boe run??? I have'nt seen any posts about it...and that's what I've been waiting to see for the last week! Post that shizzle!! Damn mad that I could'nt go, (and I did post like 2 weeks ago that I wasn't gonna be able to make it BTW) but I was thinking about you guys having all that fun!!

Boe was having some tire trouble I believe so they weren't happy with what he was getting. Didnt beat his last time. He will figure it out and surprisee us all next time though.

the meet was awesome. Glad to see a few new faces in the club now. Rolling up there with everyone made the ride seem shorter. When Vince, Lawrence, and I drove back last night it felt like forever. Thanks Rob for setting up a tent for us to chill in. The hot weather must've affected all the cars out there cause time were about 1-1.5 second higher then what I was expecting. Alot of Lancers had trouble breaking that 17 mark. Most had the Header, Intake, Test Pipe, Exhausts combos. I think only Boe and Andrew were the two that broke into the low 16s and high 15s. Anyone has pics post them up.

Yeah thanks a lot Rob. Didnt say that in my other post. Great hospitality by RRM. Otherwise my whole body would have been sun burn and not just my neck which is hurting by the way.

Yes, some very nice match-ups at that meet. Ben and I were going at it 3 times in a row. I was getting better r/t but his extra hp caught up fast, and the last run his r/t was almost the same as mine, I knew I was had then. And Boe did in fact have some tire issues, we didn't take into account the tire diameter, so we have a plan on putting some different rubber on the car and I believe he will be running at the same track in a few weeks.
