Just to clear everything up, the raffle was originally intended to be for sclc members only, as shown in both forums. HOWEVER, it was decided by the president and ANNOUNCED AT THE 5:00 MEETING that we would be extending this raffle to all who were in attendance. I shouted and announced this in every room and all the way down the parking lot 15 minutes prior to the meeting. Sorry if you missed that part, but I did my best.

As for future raffles, some (not all, and they will remain anonymous) of our sponsors expressed concern about their free stuff being handed out to people who are not covered under the club sponsorship, and we as officers agreed that if it is the club they are supporting, then people should join in order to take advantage of any benefits. We apologize for any misunderstanding caused by our effort to include everyone in enjoying the festivities, and non-members are still welcome to attend any of our regular meets.

Side note, I will be calling Speedzone at the end of the week to ask about a group rate, so try to sign up by then so I can have a head count (please sign up only if you can make it) Thank you.

On a side note just wanted to say that its pretty sweet seeing another sclc member in a show and kara's car looks a lot better with the new grill.

BTW: Im going to take everyone back to school when we race Get ready to learn from the master driver. j/k

for now, SCLC is strictly a car club, not a show or racing team. something that everyone in Lancer community can participate in, no exclusions. We are still working on the foundation of the club but in the future we will start TEAM///SCLC for the elite and advanced tuners who wants to take the extra step in representing and showing the SCLC pride. It's currently in the works but will be finalized when we feel the time is right.

and Will, yes, I am in Team Showcase. That picture was from Importfest this past weekend in San Diego. Our team took home 28 trophies and $300 cash, including an award for best team. Basically, we cleaned house.

cool one of my friends cuz is in TEAM show case too..he got a red civic si and w/ bodykit and CF hood...hes sponsor by Rotora..dunno if u know that guy... he told me TEAM showcase is one of the biggest team out there right now in california
