I'm probably the only one coming from the opposite side, but I suggest meeting on the RIGHT side (when you're looking at it) of Railroad Pass. For everyone coming in from Hendo/Vegas, that would be where you are when you take the left at the stop sign.

I'm still talking about Railroad Pass. There's just 2 parking lots. One on the left side of the casino and one on the right by the semi's. I'm just saying, when you turn into the casino, don't go to the other side. There won't be enough room and its much harder to see everyone
