i got off work at 11 for once, but you guys were all gone, I cruised by AK, but there was too much heat for me. I'll be back on my old schedule on the next month hopefully so i'll have thursday nights off again soon.

She is hella rude and grumpy even after I pointing out things that weren't done to my car. She should be glad she has a job at all! She probably can retire anyways that's why she has said attitude.

her name is bobette and she is almost as bad as adam from untied was. at least she isnt popping my hood to fix my key FOB.....
She actually dropped it down to 25 bucks to reprogram my FOB from 45.... but that was because it was sposed to be a 20 minute wait and it turn in to almost 2 hours. I had to actually say something after an hour and then i still waited another hour.
thats the first tie in 7 cars with keyless entery that i have had to pay to get the reprogramming done after a battery change..... that's some bs right there... I called courtesy to find out if they charge and the service guy told me it was a 115$ charge.... they bill one hour of laor for a 2 minute job..... that's bs right there.
