How about a shop that can powder coat wheels? There was a place in Omaha that did it for $50 a wheel but I doubt I'll find one of those here.

They do great work! I've had a few valve covers done and some intercooler piping.

Although the website sucks, but I eventually got it done. Is this for running or spectating? I was talking about signing up for the driving portion of it - don't know about spectating...
