need help!!!....does anyone own a semi stock evo ix that is not tuned yet???.....i purchased a spoonilup cop from a member here and when i installed it on my car, it started misfiring @ 4500 rpm on wot....thinking it might just be a fouled out spark plug, i installed a brand new set of stock spark plugs and did the same thing.....just want to see if this cop has a bad coil pack or just my car's tune???..... Do u have to get re-tuned just to run a cop???

It didn't. Harveys car spools around 4500 and thats when it started sputtering. We put them in my car where I spool around 3500 and it sputtered as soon as I hit boost. Damn....

Well if it was faulty, they person Harvey bought it from shouldnt have sold it. Unfortunatly we're not sure how to tell which one or ones is faulty so we can't just buy one replacement.

ya, sorry Harvey, I really thought it was your plugs. After you told me with new plugs still misfire, I knew it was faulty cop. I had the same issue, but it was just my plugs.

Terrible, sorry I forgot Harvey had sold my evo 8 turbo, Also I could not find that receipt for my life.
