usually only other cars like hondas replace the fuel lines, most of us are on stock fuel lines. Im on a single walhbro in tank, RC 1000cc, and a maxed out forge unos.
i was using my stock coil packs for a while before i did a non cdi cop. the stocks worked just fine with the spark plugs gapped low. a stronger clutch would be a great idea, try not to skimp on that. since ive owned my car ive had to replace my clutch about 4-5 times cuz i couldnt save for a twin disc. i put a lot of miles on my evo to and from work and here and there. filled up on 12gallons this week and last nite my low fuel indicator light turned on when i hit 194 miles.

I used trevtec to install anything I couldn't do myself, I.e clutch and turbo back exhaust. There are plenty of people on here that will help you do everything else, just offer up some pizza/beer.

also, I haven'tmade my f/s post yet but I have everything bolt on going up for sale from my x probably tomorrow, pm me if you would like some more info before I make the post.

well im sure if you let it run low you run the risk of pumping straight air through that pump, and that cant be good. also im sure that the fuel that surrounds the pump will aid in keeping it cool. heat will ruin anything .

sure thing out of bad habit or pure lazyness, that i waited to fill up when it was that low... i did notice after doing this a couple of times that the pump whine got louder and my A/F gauge showed leaner .... so i asked around to some local folks and at different times. a couple of the guys pointed it out that the pump stay cool/happy when the fuel is at certain levels... well this sounded good enough to me . bought a new pump, replaced the one that i had and everything went back to where it was as far as my A/F ratios go. since then I try not wait to gas up when its that low.

Anyone know about how much Trevtec will charge to put in my clutch kit and flywheel?... Or a phone # for them?
