I havent seen any x's tinting their headlights, but I have seen a few 08 plus lancers with tinted headlights, I dont know any of those guys though.

It was hard but i was able to put the PS3 controller down to make it out to the meet, so there's hope for you other clowns!

Lancers and evo x's share the same headlights structure so I would imagine taking them apart would be the same.
