I have that costco stuff in my garage lol, it looks decent and does the job at a good price too.
Well anywho, so I thought replacing the o2 sensor was the issue, well guess what my car fell flat on its face again in this super cold weather. My research has lead me to believe that it is the IAC, any input? It isnt throwing a code, I believe because it does work to a extent. Just works a little less, when it is super cold outside. I also read reviews on a lot of people's IAC goin bad in their 03 evo and I happen to noticed in the 05 evo is the same part number.
Input suggestions comments?

yeah it prob was haha I'm usually all around the south west part of town, usually on rainbow to get e85, or flamingo as well as tropicana haha
