Not sure if it's illegal, but I'm pretty sure it's against their policy. . or I've been blind all these years.
Is there a reason you can't ship it to a FFL? I've been tossing around getting rid of one which I never used and was going to look at gunbroker, but haven't ever gotten around to it.

The FFLs I've dealt with assessed a 25 dollar fee for whatever I bought through them, I think that may have gone up recently though. Always good to consult your local forums for that kind of stuff though to make sure you're legit/legal. Also, who knows, you may score a sale without the hassle of shipping.

The FFLs I've dealt with assessed a 25 dollar fee for whatever I bought through them, I think that may have gone up recently though. If you find someone to buy it make sure to meet them at the police station and its free to transfer it. Pm me the details maybe i can help. I know a few gun owners and i'm always looking to add to my collection.

also, the gun stores will also be able to help you sell, don't be afraid to make friends with those guys. I dont even own a gun and I make friends with them. Never know when you'll need that kind of a friend

Post it on backpage. Under sporting goods. And when u find somebody meet them at the police station to transfer. And some gun shops will try to sell it for u but they take a cut

But www.backpage.com you can...friend just a AR-15 off that site last week.
If its a handgun you need to do the transfer at a FFL or Police station.
