Dude. One step at a time. I work 40hrs a week and have homework and projects to do as well. My toy car isn't my number one priority. And how are you going to put a stock bov on an HKS flange? lol
I appreciate the offer though. Thanks again.

I have a stock upper ic pipe . I feel you about the time thing I work and do some pretty intense training. But it seems like an easy problem to narrow down. I'll swap my setup with u just like we did on the dyno

its maxed out then, pretty common. my crushed bov held fine on on my fp green turbo. 29psi but my gauge said 30-32. before the tune it was holding pretty good at 29 but when i bumped the boost to 30+ i would open and not hold. i wouldnt be surprised if after you change the bov, the tb shaft seals leak is more noticable. Even though you should have noticed it if you did the boost leak test through the turbo , not just your upper IC pipe.

We did the test through his turbo. I didn't know there was another way to do it.

In other news , went to dougs dyno power today and a 400hp dynojet car, makes around 340-350hp on his mustang
