Yea I've never been able to take mine out there either (original stock clutch).

We just have to remember our main purpose out there....to make fun of the ricers! haha

i think power alone will get you low 13's or high 12's if you dont launch...

compared to autox and tracking, youre right...but he needs to at least see what his car can run.
