Dude. I would LOVE a green. Add another 60+hp or so to my current setup and that's gonna be a fun car

I think I can deal with the added lag of the black to get power back up high. Road race / time attack / and even autocross . . . as soon as you're up high in rpm, you pretty much stay there, gear to gear. Transient response on lift-throttle shifts would most likely be the biggest annoyance.
Aaron, I make peak tq at 4500rpm and peak hp at 7100. It is very punchy down low and makes a boatload of power out the top. As for transient resonse, even if the turbo falls off boil between a shift, it is crazy how quick it comes back into boost.

what was your turbo though? wasn't it a 6262 or somethin? What was your torque at peak? I'm trying to figure where I'll be landing.

As Johnny Quest stated, it is an FP Black. Basically a HTA3582 compressor wheel mated to a FP Red turbine wheel. Your 6262 will be laggier by 500+rpm but will rape me out the top. As for my torque, I make 511ft-lbs at peak, but make 400ft-lbs from 4000rpm all the way to 7500rpm. A nice, broad torque curve.

Porting is on the turbine housing only with these. Gives you peak flow. As for torque, you need it to make horsepower. Hp = (tq*rpm)/5252.
